As an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I offer 3 Grief Recovery Method settings in which to complete your grief work. These sessions are action based and include homework assignments. Weekly sessions will include grief education and action based activities to guide you through grief recovery.

This program is for those who prefer to work face to face with a Specialist rather than in a group setting.
